5 Dogwood Drive is an address in the town appearing in Act V. The town residents claim it "just showed up" overnight. At the end of the game, it becomes a community space for the town.

5 Dogwood Drive's final appearance varies depending on what Shannon, Ezra, Junebug, Johnny, and Clara decide it should become. The possible layouts are a doghouse, a workshop, a kitchen, a library, a stage, or a museum. At the end of the game, all the characters that stay in town are shown using the newly-furnished space, along with Emily, Ben, Bob, and Weaver.
