Brandon is the janitor at the Random Access Self-Storage Facility, also known as Saint Thomas Church, where Conway and Shannon meet him in Act II. In talking to them, he quotes the poem "Two Tramps in Mud Time" by Robert Frost.
In Act IV, group meets him at the Echo River phone, where he's stranded after missing his ride after a long card game.
