The Bait Shop is a big bait and tackle shop located by Lake Nolin, with Shannon Márquez's TV repair workshop set up at the back. Players have the choice to drive to the location during Acts I, II, & III.
At the Elkhorn Mine during Act I, Shannon spoke of having to pay "two hundred dollars for two weeks" for the lease on her workshop and being afraid that she would be locked out. She was eventually shut out of her workshop by Act III.
