Custom fonts
Kentucky Route Zero also makes use of custom-created fonts. For example:
- The "Too Late to Love You" karaoke sequence ("Karaoke").
- Computer text, such as XANADU's or Joseph's ("Terminal").
- Symbols found in clickable pop-ups for inspecting objects or speaking to characters, and lower-screen action buttons such as for controlling flashlights, umbrellas, and degaussing ("Symbols").
The title cards used in the beta build were also a custom font ("Naive").
