The van is a location on the Zero in Act III. It can be found by starting at the Bureau of Reclaimed Spaces, going counterclockwise to the TV, then turning around and driving until arriving at the van.

At the van site, the cast meets in-world depictions of Phil Morton and Jane Veeder, two pioneers in the field of video video art. The van is modeled after a real-life vehicle owned by Morton.
