A small '''town''' is located near with no roads leading to or from it. It spreads around the [[Silo of Late Reflections]] mail stop , above the [[Echo River]], with no roads leading to or from itand is surrounded by a forest. It is where [[5 Dogwood Drive]] and the [[WEVP-TV]] station can be found. Encircling the Silo, the [[Seer's earthwork path]] is a most recognizable landmark.  The town has been inhabited by ghosts and is several generations, the first settlers being the [[Pueblo de Nada]]. It was also in the grip of the [[Consolidated Power Company]] for a certain amount of time. The town was home of many to the horses, referred known as “[[the Neighbors]]” and to as the "neighbors[[Out-of-Towner]]." Bears also previously lived in the town, around the time workers from the [[Consolidated Power Company]] operated in it, before moving to the [[Bureau of Reclaimed Spaces|Bureau]]. Dogwood Drive The town is crawling with ghosts, memories of the place’s past. It is located in the townmain setting to [[Act V]].
