The Silo of Late Reflections is a mail stop along the underground Echo River. It consists of a platform at the base of a tall silo with a winding spiral staircase leading to the top. The top is open, forming a hole at the center of a town.
In Act IV, Cate reveals that Dogwood Drive is located near the Silo mail stop.
