Originally from Columbia. Married to J. Márquez and is the mother ofWeaver Márquez and aunt of Shannon Márquez. Before Elkhorn Mine's accident, she was one of the folk music archivists who paid miners with coal scrips to record their songs. When the mine flooded, she was able to escape. If the user explores the shed outside the exit of the mine, they can look through her notebook, which has sketches of young Shannon and Weaver in the mine.
She currently lives in Knoxville. She is described to have interests in ethnomusicography and painting.
