All content on Highway 0 is able to be viewed and edited by the public. Publishing on the wiki requires a free user account. When you create an account, we record data such as your username, email address (if provided), and any other details you choose to provide. You may access and edit your user details by visiting [[Special:Preferences]] while logged in.

When posting an edit to a page, the system will record your username, along with content you add, remove, or change. This data is publicly accessible for anyone to view or distribute.
