In [[Act III]], while traveling along the [[Zero]] the [[Van]] can be reached by, starting at the [[Bureau of Reclaimed Spaces]], going counterclockwise to [[the TV]], then turning around and driving until you reach the [[Van]].
At the van you meet Phil and Jane. A reference to [[wikipedia:Phil Morton|Phil Morton]] and [[wikipedia:Jane Veeder|Jane Veeder]], two pioneers in [[wikipedia:Video Art|video art]] video art]. The van is modelled after one that Phil Morton had.
