A bait and tackle shop is located by Lake Nolin, at the intersection of Peonia and Wax roads. Shannon's TV repair workshop located in the back, which may be visited in Acts I, II, and III. The shop is owned by a man from Ukraine.
At the Elkhorn Mine in Act I, Shannon speaks of having to pay "two hundred dollars for two weeks" for the lease on her workshop, and that she is afraid that she'll be locked out. In Act III, she discovers she has been shut out.
