Hi!
+
A note from Jake & Tamas saying that they had trouble with their mailing list and had to re-create it. They also alerted buyers that they had moved all orders to the Humble Store from the previous system on FetchApp.

Quick note: we had some trouble with our mailing list and had to re-create it, so you may be receiving this even if you've unsubscribed from our "customers" mailing list. If that happened, we sincerely apologize! This is the mailing list we use to (very infrequently) update you on important information about your order, but we totally understand if you're not interested in receiving it. Please feel free to unsubscribe here: [link]<br />

They also mention that they've discontinued selling the $7 one-act version of the game, as the $25 "complete" version had always been significantly more popular, and the complexity of managing two versions was becoming difficult as they began work with more distribution platforms. All single-act orders were upgraded to "complete" orders for no cost.
So! We've moved all orders to the Humble Store. If you purchased the game before this move, your old download links will still be functional for the foreseeable future, but please bear in mind that we'll use the Humble Store system to distribute Steam keys and the remaining acts of the game (the old fetchapp.com links will no longer be updated).

To get your copy of the game from the Humble Store, please enter your email address on this page, and a download link will be sent to you: https://www.humblebundle.com/store/keyresender

Another important update: we've decided to discontinue selling the $7 one-act version of the game. The $25 "complete" version has always been much more popular, and as we've started moving to work with more distribution platforms (Steam, Amazon, etc), the complexity of managing two versions is getting to be a bit of a drag. All existing single-act orders have been upgraded to "complete" orders at no extra charge.

We appreciate you bearing with us as we work through the complexities of releasing & distributing Kentucky Route Zero! This is the largest project we've ever worked on, so it's definitely a huge learning process for us.
